Group Private Physiotherapy Practice Zahtila & Zahtila (hereinafter referred to as “Zahtila & Zahtila”) is committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring the

The information collected will be utilized for processing accounting documentation for Zahtila&Zahtila, in compliance with regulations set forth in the Accounting Act,
VAT Act, Profit Tax Act, Income Tax Act, and other relevant legal provisions governing the operations of trades and independent activities of freelancers (private practice).
Your personal data will be maintained in both written and electronic formats.
Collected information may be shared with the following organizations: the Tax Authority, HZMO, HZZO, MFPU, and other authorized institutions overseeing the operations
of trades and independent activities of freelancers (private practice). Your personal data will be disclosed only upon official request, which does not require your consent.
Our personal data is securely stored at the premises of the invoice issuer. Access to the collected data is restricted to authorized personnel, including the owner of
Group Private Physiotherapy Practice Zahtila&Zahtila and the accounting service responsible for bookkeeping tasks (the accountant). No unauthorized individuals have
access to your personal data.
We retain business documentation containing personal information for a period of 10 years. After this period, your personal data will be permanently deleted.
